  They were quick and easy to communicate with, and during non-traditional business hours to boot. I had an odd, small installation job with a kitchen cabinet door and they treated my request as fairly as any other larger project. Professional, and reasonable pricing! I appreciated their aid when I was in a pinch.

  The owner Mike Nanga does not offer free quotes. In fact, his employees will walk right into your house and begin working on your window. Which normally is a good thing. However, then Mike wants to charge a 59 dollar service fee for working on the window and states that once his employees "put hands on the window" he must charge 59 dollar service fee. Mike is not up front on his fees. Even his employees do not know the prices. Mike even attempted to tell me he is being generous by not charging me an emergency fee because he handled this call as an emergency because I am a female and most females are afraid when their windows do no close. Please note- I did not ask him to treat this as an emergency, never told him I was afraid, and never asked for same day service. I had two windows that would not close. The employee sprayed some WD 40 and replaced a plastic piece (which he broke mind you) and it cost my 60 dollars. At one point he wanted almost 100 (after telling me he would eat the loss).
  
  UPDATE on 5/16/17- The wife provided me a full refund and apologized, stating that the employee should have given a quote prior to completing work.
